Job Summary

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and amplify how Selerix brings innovation to market. This newly created role will bridge product, sales, and marketing—turning customer insight into clear messaging, impactful launches, and stories that demonstrate value. You’ll play a key role in defining go-to-market strategies, enabling internal teams with the tools they need to succeed, and ensuring the voice of the customer drives how we position and communicate our solutions.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone equally comfortable developing competitive intelligence frameworks, managing launch deliverables, and crafting compelling product narratives. This role offers the opportunity to influence how new features and products are introduced to the market, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and ensure every launch drives measurable impact across adoption, sales enablement, and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Product launches and voice of the customer (VOC) content:

    • Execution of feature launches—which includes managing timelines, deliverables, and content creation (including scripts, internal and external announcements, etc.).
    • Support the sales enablement team by developing frameworks for battlecards, feature briefs, and demo scripts.
    • Incorporate VOC by gathering and applying feedback from internal client services team.
    • Responsible for integrating VOC to refine product messaging and positioning.
  • Support marketplace and competitive intelligence:
    • In partnership with AVP, Product Marketing, collect competitor data, conduct ongoing research on market trends, etc.
    • Translate competitive insights into positioning updates and actionable sales guidance.
    • Synthesize research into digestible reports for broader product and leadership teams.
  • GTM Alignment
    • Lead efforts to continually keep internal partners in sync, including product, engineering, client services, sales, and the broader marketing team.
    • Create agendas for biweekly product owner touchpoints.
    • Prepare briefing documents, relay insights, and align on feature updates and/or roadmap items.
    • Ensure Sales has the latest materials and understands new feature value props.
  • Product Content Creation:
    • Initiate and produce a content calendar, including website updates, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and multimedia.
    • Act as SME for review of broader marketing content, editing for transparency and brand alignment.
    • Collaborate with client services to identify and develop customer stories that highlight measurable outcomes and use cases.
  • Measure and Track Performance:
    • Monitor launch metrics (e.g., adoption rates, sales pipeline impact, customer feedback loops) using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to tactics.
    • Report on ROI (e.g., improved win rates for TVX demos) to inform your strategic intelligence work, balance near-term performance insights with long-term strategic learnings
  • Qualifications:
    • 3-6 years of product marketing experience in the technology/SaaS space, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance tech are a plus.
    • Experience building GTM plans and working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing Ops teams.
    • Experience leveraging HubSpot or a similar solution.
    • Strong storytelling ability—translating technical product capabilities into compelling customer value.
    • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
    • Analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
    • Inquisitive, seeks to understand.
    • Highly collaborative; works cross-functionally, brings initiatives together, and actively removes internal silos.
