Job Title: Sr. Director, Solutions & Customer Marketing

Job Summary
This highly visible, strategic, and cross-functional leadership role is responsible for shaping how Selerix brings its solutions to market. The Sr. Director will lead the development of clear, differentiated positioning across our portfolio, strengthen our channel and partner marketing strategy, and drive customer adoption and expansion efforts.
This role will serve as a key bridge across Product, Sales, Client Services, Growth Marketing, and RevOps; ensuring strong alignment between messaging, go-to-market strategy, and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Solutions Strategy & Go-to-Market Alignment
- Lead the development and execution of solution and industry marketing strategies in alignment with the company's overall go-to-market strategy and revenue objectives.
- Own value propositions, messaging frameworks, and vertical positioning.
- Establish scalable launch processes for tiered product and feature releases.
- Provide market and competitive insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
Channel & Partner Marketing
- Develop differentiated value propositions for carriers, brokers, and enrollment partners.
- Design co-marketing programs that expand reach and influence.
- Equip partners with sales tools to accelerate cross-sell and solution adoption.
- Grow partner-sourced pipelines and revenue contributions.
Customer Marketing & Adoption
- Develop customer marketing initiatives focused on feature adoption and roadmap communication.
- Partner with Client Services, Product, and Growth Marketing to increase product utilization and expansion revenue.
- Build and expand customer advocacy programs.
Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence
- Serve as a strategic partner to RevOps and Sales Enablement on messaging and competitive positioning.
- Own the competitive intelligence framework and translate insights into actionable sales guidance.
- Partner on development of sales training materials, playbooks, and demo narratives.
- Establish win/loss feedback loops to refine positioning and improve win rates.
- Support GTM readiness planning for product launches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, management, or a related field or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience; experience in benefits administration, ACA, HR tech, HCM, or compliance technology strongly preferred.
- Understanding of broker, carrier, and distribution channel dynamics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and the drivers of growth, including adoption, expansion, retention, and NRR.
- Demonstrated success improving win rates, driving product adoption, increasing expansion revenue, or growing partner-sourced pipeline.
- Experience launching complex software solutions in multi-stakeholder environments, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling market positioning.
- Proven ability to translate executive vision and product strategy into differentiated messaging and go-to-market execution.
- Experience supporting sales effectiveness through competitive positioning, enablement content, and GTM readiness.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing's impact on revenue performance.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Client Services Growth Marketing, and RevOps.
- Understanding of broker, carrier, and distribution channel dynamics is a plus.
